Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your address.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they’re in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened ball packages (Box of balls, Pressureless balls, Regular balls)
  • Custom string sets that have been cut or used
  • Personalized equipment (rackets with custom stringing or engraving)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (address and carrier information)
  • Any special packaging requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Completed return form (we’ll provide this)
  • Copy of your invoice

Note: For exchanges, clearly indicate the replacement product you’re requesting.

Step 4: Track Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Returns typically take 7-10 business days to reach our warehouse.

Refund Process

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days, appearing on your statement in 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment
  • No additional shipping charges if exchanging for same or higher value item

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tennis equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
